Is someone home during the day to let the puppy out? If not what plans do you have for the puppy during the day?

Have you owned a dog before? If you have please provide us with information about your dog (breed, sex, age when you got the dog, if you still have the dog, Cause and age of death of your former dog if they are no longer with you, etc)

What has made you decide to bring a Golden Retriever into your family?

Are you willing to take socialisation classes, obedience classes, or any other classes with your puppy to ensure that he or she is a well behaved valued member of your family?

Do you have a color prefernce ?
